One week after I screwed up and didn’t protect my investment!
After having a BBL laser and a Vi Peel combined 3 weeks ago to work on my ever challenging pigment, I went for a long walk in South Haven and walked out the door without my SPF like a dummy. So, when I came back to work the next day, we couldn’t believe the pigment that popped out and came to surface with the UVA/UVB exposure. I was healing and in the process of getting new skin cells when I exposed myself to the sun for over an hour.
You see, when you don’t protect your investment with the correct products at home, the tendency to ruin the end results is highly likely.
So, take it from me, prep your skin before a treatment to get your best outcome as well as protect it afterwards to make it last long term. Very important lesson here.
This is one week post TCA peel so you can see my browns are now pinkish in color. This will continue to improve over the next few weeks and pink tones will calm down as well. I will continue to use my lightening cream as well as my am and pm regimen of antioxidants, exosomes and moisture locking creams.
