Construction continues across multiple areas at The Village at Providence Point. Concrete work on cottage foundations is underway, curbs are being installed in the cottage areas, and structural steel framing continues at the health center with skylights being positioned over the indoor pool.

Construction continues to accelerate at The Village at Providence Point. Structural steel for the health center is progressing, Level 2 concrete has been poured, and wood framing is set to begin soon. Utilities and site paving continue to advance as the project moves forward.

Last week, guests of The Village at Providence Point climbed aboard the historic Wilma Lee for an unforgettable afternoon sail through Annapolis. Between the stunning waterfront views, fascinating stories about the area's maritime history and wildlife, and plenty of delicious bites, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
