A seasonal reset should include medication’s too.
✅ review prescriptions
✅ properly dispose of expired medications
✅ watch for side effects like dizziness

As temperatures rise, so does the risk of dehydration. Seniors may not feel thirsty, but staying hydrated is critical.
✅ encourage water throughout the day
✅ add fresh fruits with high water content
✅ watch for fatigue and/or confusion

Longer days do not mean better visibility everywhere. Poor lighting = higher fall risk.
