My name is Nate Kojun Hayes, and I am a certified sound healer specialising in quartz crystal singing bowls. I offer three locations for you to relax and breathe out: Athens Medical Massage on West Union Street in Athens, in the Sound Room at my home and over Zoom. I use my crystal singing bowls to provide the following:
-Guided meditation with a focus of your choosing
-Highly personalised meditations designed for you and your life's path.
-Chakra Introduction
-Group-guided meditations

Individual Sound Baths - a healing, peaceful journey for 1 hour, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan metal bowls and a few other sacred instruments. Group Sound Baths are available for individuals or couples, small groups (5-10 people) and large groups (10-20). Group Sound Baths are ideal for yoga studios and friend gatherings. Service prices are based on a suggested donation, but the situation, intention and what is feasible for you also matter.

In a couple of weeks we will offer a cooling yoga flow and sound bath☀️

Kojun Nate Kojun Hayes and I are hosting our monthly yoga and sound bath —and our intention is to help you stay cool in both body and mind. Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and some flowing movement to help you land back in your body and breathe into cooling stillness.

Kojun and I are excited to welcome you to a space of beautiful sound, gentle movement, healing, and deep relaxation.

On Friday, May 15, we will gather at serenity roots Yoga Studio in Athens, Ohio from 6:30 to 8 PM to move to the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments.

We will move with the intention of honoring the new moon, which asks us to consider our intentions and plant those seeds, then nourish them until they blossom. A perfect practice for spring time in Ohio.

It's that time of year again for a return to Chillicothe's GEODE Nature Dome! We'll have gongs, crystal singing bowls, drumming....all by candlelight as we honour the deep and nourishing darkness of the Winter Solstice. I'm limiting my public soundbaths to only a few a year in smaller venues, and this is my favourite one.

Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy of this powerful event. Hope to see you there 🙏🏻
