This gathering is all about empowering, uplifting, and connecting women for the KINGDOM — and I’m grateful to be part of the conversation.

I’ll be sharing from a place that is very close to my heart: transformation, whole-person wellness, recovery, faith, purpose, and what it looks like to keep becoming who God created us to be.

Rest is not weakness. It is an invitation. 🌿

Jesus does not ask us to carry every burden alone. He says, “Come to Me.” Before the next task, the next decision, the next responsibility—there is permission to simply be held.

In recovery, healing, and everyday life, rest can be an act of faith. It says, “God, I trust You enough to stop striving for a moment.”

Today, give yourself permission to breathe, release, and rest in Him. ✝️

What a beautiful day. 🌸✨
What a time we had at Part 1 of our Wellness Series!

God, we thank You!! 👏🙌

Thank you to P.E.T.A.L.S., Dream Keepers, the Andrew Young Center for Global Leadership, and Morehouse College for helping make The Art of Sound & Tea possible. 🌼

A special thank you to North Atlanta Church of Christ for providing such a beautiful space for us to gather.

Today, God was glorified, and women were given permission to slow down, breathe, rest, heal, and restore. 🌿🫖🎶

Through a Christian Scripture-soaking sound session, beautiful craft loose-leaf tea, and guided nervous system regulation practices, we created intentional space to be still, reconnect, and receive.

My heart is full. This is what wellness, community, and intentional rest can look like. 🌱💖
