BWA will be taking a break from markets this week.

I've been down for a couple of days and my body is asking for time to rebuild.

What I'm placing focus on right now and this week:

Nourishing soups and lots of hydration through herbal tea blends of yarrow, red clover, nettle, burdock and dandelion roots. Along with fresh beet, celery, carrot, and thyme juice.

Rest. (Really challenged with this one).

In a world emerging with AI, I'd like to reintroduce DI ..

Divine Intelligence, aka innate wisdom, aka intuition. Whatever word is in your vocabulary, the meaning is all the same. This inner wisdom that is not only heard but felt, comes from a source so saturated in love, that utilizing it, creates outcomes that are unfathomable.

It's the principal of BWA is at its core. I've co-created products to promote a cleaner and calmer body so that the body can relay what Divine Intelligence has to offer.

Our outer world can be soo LOUD and demanding of our time and attention, while our inner world (the world that physically creates our external world) is extremely quiet.
Think of how water over time smoothes hard rock. The human can be looked at in a similar way.

When we give Nature (our body) trust and love that it was made with, ease and flow occurs.

The reason I am sharing this now is because I am deep into a transition. (In the beginning I would have said a forced transition, but now after sitting here, it's a beautifully timed transition.)

What I'd like to fully share ..
When we pause (catch our breath), we quiet the external world. With doing this, we provide the body the opportunity to share. As we ask the body what it needs, why the body is experiencing what it is experiencing, or asked to shed light on whatever is needed to rebalance and find peace .. we allow through trusting and love, an ear to share.
Sometimes, the body just needs to feel heard. Other times, it asks for action and follow through to what has been shared.

It is my belief (even though I still complain) that the body (rather the heart as center) holds the answers to ALL things. That the body has the ability to connect to ALL living things (past, present, and future) and these living things can offer great wisdom, assistance, support, and the in-between.

This belief is how each BWA product has been created and why I have chosen to offer them.
*While all of this ⬆️ is taboo to some, it was a way of being and living so long ago. Many times over the course of BWA, I have tested the waters for a reaction. Many times, if not all, I pulled this belief and tucked it away deep inside. As I grow older, this pull to share, hold space for those interested, and need to be seen with an alternative perspective, has become undeniably my path to experience.

It is with great passion and drive to offer a glimpse into how many see the world that we all live in, but are challenged to freely feel to do so.

How BWA is transitioning .. she is moving deeper. Offering grounding in a world that is living high in the air, blowing in the wind with no place to land. She'll offer perspectives to ponder on and hold space for those looking for safety to trust again ..

GLP-1's, calorie deficit "die"ts, fasting, ect .. ARE NOT THE ANSWER.

I could give a TED talk on the subject of "fast result" weight loss.
