apparently this needs to be said 😅

guest passes are for NEW guests.
intro offers are for NEW students.

creating multiple accounts to keep using intro pricing or bringing the same guest over and over isn’t “gaming the system.” it’s hurting a small business that works really hard to keep the doors open, the room hot (hello $726 bill - with an increase coming 😭) and yes…those towels everyone loves so much (about $105/week)

but honestly? if money is the reason this keeps happening…please just talk to me.

we have community class every friday at 6pm for $10, possible need-based options and even barter opportunities.

this studio was built for community and connection - not loopholes. also can you help out with this? use phone numbers and help flag duplicate accounts ‼️

love you. mean it.
