These before and after photos show the results of part one—including a brow lift and lower blepharoplasty with facial fat transfer. She chose to address her brow and lower eyelids first because these procedures have no visible scars. She is very pleased with the outcome and has scheduled an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to further refine her results. Low brow position — whether due to genetics or natural sagging with age — can mechanically push down on the eyelids, creating a hooded appearance. This is why eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) alone doesn’t always solve the problem. In fact, removing upper eyelid skin without addressing the brow can actually pull the brow lower and worsen hooding over time.
