Barbara J Home Care DBA Visiting Angels is seeking an experienced Client Care Manager to join our leadership team.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations—supporting clients, caregivers, and families while ensuring exceptional service, continuity of care, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with our Scheduling, HR, Billing, and Leadership teams to help deliver the quality care our community has come to expect from Visiting Angels.
💼 What You'll Do:
✅ Manage client relationships and service delivery
✅ Conduct client and caregiver visits
✅ Support caregiver performance and compliance
✅ Resolve service and scheduling challenges
✅ Participate in leadership initiatives and EOS accountability systems
✅ Help ensure every client receives the care they deserve
🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔ Home Care experience
✔ Scheduling experience
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ A passion for serving others and leading with accountability
📍 Bethlehem/Easton Area, PA
🕣 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
