Today was a beautiful reminder of what community, mentorship, and positive role models can do for our children. 💙✨
We proudly celebrated the completion of the first year of the C.L.E.A.R. Mentorship Program at Hudson K-8 with our amazing K–4th grade students during our “Firemen, Cops & Pops” celebration! 🚒👮🏽♂️🍡
From laughter and smiles to meaningful conversations and unforgettable moments, today was all about celebrating growth, encouragement, and the village it takes to pour into our youth. Our students had the opportunity to connect with local firefighters, law enforcement officers, mentors, families, and community supporters who showed up with love and positivity.
This year, our students learned about:
✨ Confidence
✨ Leadership
✨ Emotional wellness
✨ Accountability
✨ Resilience
The students engaged in Public Speaking practice, learned Skills to help regulate their emotions, communicate better, make healthy decisions, practice self-care, and they learned the importance of basic life skills like hygiene, safety, reading and more!
To every Therapist, Intern, mentor, volunteer, first responder, school staff member, parent, and supporter, thank you for helping us create safe spaces where children feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered.
Thank you , Principal Douglas and Counselor Mrs. king for working with us to bring this program to your students!!
The impact of mentorship matters, and today was proof of that. ❤️
Thank you COPE Division and for always supporting our efforts to make a difference in the lives of our youth! We appreciate you more than you know and our students do also!
We are so proud of our Hudson K-8 scholars and cannot wait to see them continue to grow through the C.L.E.A.R. Program! 🌟
