We are looking for a compassionate, diligent, and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Little Lights Pediatric Therapy! This position offers the opportunity to work with children and families in a supportive, collaborative environment while helping kids build independence, confidence, and important developmental skills through meaningful therapeutic intervention.
•Responsibilities•
* Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
* Provide engaging occupational therapy sessions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual motor, self-care, feeding, and/or developmental skills
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support carryover of goals
* Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
* Create a positive, welcoming, and child-centered therapy environment
* Educate families on strategies and home activities to support progress outside of therapy sessions
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
•Qualifications•
* Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current state OT license or eligibility for licensure
* New grads encouraged to apply
