Red Door Pediatric Therapy Where communication is the key! Red Door Pediatric Therapy opened in the fall of 2006. We love the work we do here.

Since then, Red Door has become a place for kids, adolescents, and parents to come and improve on communication, daily living skills, and mental health. Our jobs are meaningful and purposeful-we know how to help!

📢 Get excited, because this month's staff highlight is Kylie!! 📢

Growing up, Kylie lived in Karlsruhe, ND. Eventually, she moved to Minot, where she worked as an account manager. One day, she brought her son to Red Door for speech therapy. Since then, Red Door has always held a special place in her heart! ♥️

Some time after that experience, she found herself looking to take a different career path, and saw that Red Door was hiring. "I took it as a sign, and here I am going on 2 years in September :)."

One of her favorite parts about Red Door is working with the kiddos.
"I love being in their world even if it's for a few moments each time they are here."

Kylie's favorite team outings are all of them! 🤗
"I’m so lucky to have a great team to put all of our outings together, and I just get to show up and play! Can’t beat that!!"
