If our pets don’t p**p 💩 regularly we take them to the vet immediately.

If horses can’t p**p, they get really sick.
If dogs can’t p**p, they get really sick.
If humans can’t p**p, we stay quiet, 🤫 suffer, and eventually accept it as “normal” for us.

P**ping daily and feeling fully evacuated is ideal. Anything else is constipation.

Let’s break the silence.

Note: my dog Milo is a private p**per - so it’s almost impossible to spot him doing his business. But my neighbor’s dogs are public p**pers. Thanks for the photos **p

If you’ve been told that you have IBS but there’s nothing more that you can do. It’s not true.
