Quick & Convenient Blood Draw Clinic 🩺🩸
✨Who is eligible:
After your 45 birthday and before you turn 86. This is an optional test, and you are encouraged to discuss if the test is right for you and results with your primary care provider. Patients with Medicare and commercial insurance can have this test and 9 out of 10 will have no out of pocket cost to them. Medicare Advantage and Commercial insurance coverage may be subject to Co-insurance agreements.
✨What is it:
Colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers when caught early but many patients delay screening and have apprehension about current recommended screening methods. There are nine additional options to this screening for many other cancer screenings, such as breast, bladder, pancreatic through a simple blood draw.
✨How it works:
Patients of Melham Clinic only need to schedule a time for their blood draw or walk-in, but be aware that appointments will take priority over walk-ins. Patients who have not been seen by a Melham Clinic provider will either need to have their Primary Care Provider place the order in the Shield system or will need to have an office visit before an order by a Melham provider can be placed. If you are unable to get in to see a Melham provider before the event there is no need to worry as Shield will honor the same “little to no out of pocket” to the end of June and Melham Medical Center’s charge is only for the blood draw.

Call the Melham Clinic to schedule a time for your blood draw and enroll in the screening. We will do the rest.
