Hi CNY Fam, due to laboratory scheduling limits , there will be no IVF starts for cycles utilizing PGT from Dec 3 through Dec 23, 2026. Unfortunately, exceptions to these dates cannot be accommodated.
IVF cycles not utilizing PGT may continue to start as usual during this time.
If You Are Already Scheduled for an IVF with PGT Stimulation Start Between December 3–23, our team is contacting patients who are currently pre-booked for stimulation during this timeframe and are planning or considering PGT.
Depending on your treatment plan, available options may include:
-Adjusting your stimulation start date to an earlier or later date, depending on availability.
-Proceeding with your December stimulation and freezing embryos on day 3, with plans to thaw and continue development to the blastocyst stage for biopsy and PGT after the pause.
-Proceeding with your December stimulation and freezing eggs for fertilization after the PGT pause has ended.
*Please note that the egg-freezing and day-3 embryo-freezing options may involve additional fees.
How to Contact Us About PGT Scheduling:
If you are affected by this scheduling update and have not yet heard from our team:
-Local patients completing monitoring at a CNY Fertility office: Please contact the nursing team for your location through the patient portal to discuss your options and next steps.
-Travel patients completing monitoring outside of CNY Fertility: Please email [email protected] to communicate with a nurse about your options and next steps.
Because exceptions to the December 3–23 scheduling restriction cannot be accommodated, we kindly ask that you do not call the clinical phone line or message us to request an exception. Please use the appropriate contact method above for clinical coordination related to this update.
For questions about any additional costs associated with your options, please contact Patient Accounting through the patient portal or by phone.
