Congratulations to our newest DAISY Award recipient, David Slachtish, BSN, RN! 💙🌼

David, a nurse in our Medical ICU, was recognized for going above and beyond to provide truly compassionate, patient-centered care. During a patient's extended hospital stay, he arranged for his personal hairdresser to provide a complimentary haircut, helping restore the patient's comfort, confidence and dignity during a difficult time.

Thank you, David, for leading with kindness and reminding us that even the smallest acts of compassion can make an extraordinary difference. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor!
