The Life Center Collaborative was SOOO excited to participate in the first ever Nonprofit Academy presented by NEXT! Over the last 8 months Jessica and Sydney have been able to work alongside other amazing organizations from across our region who are working to ensure strong nonprofit operations in our communities. A special thank you to NEXT for gathering all the experts to teach our monthly classes and for the useful homework that helped us implement some great changes.

🎓 The results are in: 100% of our first-ever NEXT Nonprofit Operations Academy graduates made real improvements to their organizations!

Over 8 months, these nonprofit leaders strengthened their governance, finances, fundraising, and operations. 91% have already submitted a grant, and every graduate has partnered with a fellow cohort member or plans to. 💪

We celebrated their graduation this fall at Stone Mill-Little Falls NY. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our gracious hosts! Keep an eye on these organizations and see what’s NEXT! 👀

Fall is the perfect time to clean out the garage, tidy up the shed, and get everything ready before winter arrives. And if you find a collection of returnable bottles and cans along the way, don’t toss them—donate them! 💚

Our Camden Cans tab is always open, which means you can bring your returnables to Camden Cans and let them know you’d like to donate them to the Camden Life Center.

💚 Help Us Keep Our Emergency Food Pantry Stocked 💙

Sometimes, a bag of groceries can mean one less worry for a neighbor going through a difficult time.

At the Camden Life Center, our Emergency Food Pantry is here to provide support when individuals and families need a little extra help — and we rely on the generosity of our community to keep our shelves stocked.

We are always accepting donations of non-perishable foods like canned goods, pasta and grains, sauces, proteins, breakfast items, and more.

Every item donated helps us make sure someone in our community has food on the table when they need it most. Thank you for continuing to show up for your neighbors. 💚
