Come to the Table Counseling is ecstatic to be a recipient of the Amex Shop Small Grants Program, thanks to American Express and Main Street America!

This grant is more than funding — it is an investment in our ability to rebuild, grow, innovate, and continue showing up for our community in meaningful ways.

As a small business rooted in a rural community, every decision matters. Following the collapse of a portion of our building during the historic snowfall of 2025, we have been challenged to rethink how we create opportunities for connection and community gathering. This support will help us do exactly that.

Through this funding, we will create a Community Patio and Gathering Space designed for everyone in our community to enjoy. We are excited to imagine the possibilities ahead — food truck events, open mic nights, community gatherings, and spaces where people can simply connect and spend time together.

At Come to the Table Counseling, we believe communities heal, play, and do life together. This project will help us better serve our clients while also creating opportunities that strengthen connection and respond to the evolving needs of our community.

We are especially proud to be part of this initiative and to join more than 500 small businesses across the country working to strengthen their communities through innovation and resilience.

In partnership with American Express®, we are thrilled to announce more than 500 recipients of the Amex Shop Small® Grants Program, awarding over $10 million in funding to small businesses across the country. Each recipient has received a $20,000 grant to help them grow, innovate, and support thei...

💚 More Good Days, Together 💚

A good day doesn’t have to mean perfect, productive, or even happy. Sometimes, a good day simply means getting through.

It can look like peace, rest, connection, calm, or just taking the next step forward. Good days look different for everyone — and that’s okay.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminding our community that healing isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, support, and knowing you’re not alone.

However it looks for you, more good days are possible. 💛

💚 Why Take Mental Health First Aid? 💚

You don’t have to be a therapist to make a difference.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) gives everyday people the tools to recognize when someone may be struggling, respond with confidence, and help connect them to the support they need.

Just like CPR helps in a physical emergency, MHFA prepares you to respond to a mental health or substance use challenge.

This training is perfect for:
✨ Parents
✨ Teachers
✨ Coaches
✨ Employers
✨ Volunteers
✨ Anyone who cares about their community

💛 Learn how to recognize
💛 Learn how to respond
💛 Learn how to support

We’ll be announcing a new summer training date soon! ☀️
