C&A’s Kaylee Alvarado presented this morning at the High Impact Conference for Educators at Lake High School.

Kaylee’s informative and thought-provoking presentation focused on Teaching in a Trauma-Informed Program. C&A is proud of Kaylee for sharing her knowledge and experience with fellow educators while discussing both the challenges and solutions involved in working with students who have experienced trauma.

Her presentation provided powerful tools and practical strategies educators can add to their toolbox to strengthen communication, build meaningful relationships with students, and foster resiliency skills that support long-term success.
