She consistently steps up wherever she is needed, often before anyone even has to ask. Her knowledge, dedication, and commitment to providing quality care help create meaningful experiences for both participants and staff every day.
Staff stated that Theresa is known for her creativity; she is always bringing fresh activity ideas to the table and encouraging everyone to get involved. Beyond her hard work, she is a source of positivity and encouragement. Whether it's a kind word, a thoughtful note, or a hug, she is always there when someone needs support.
Coworkers described her as a "go-getter" someone who is always looking out for the team. Others shared that Theresa is often the first person to lend a helping hand, mentor new staff, or offer support during challenging days. Her compassion and leadership make a lasting impact on our team and the participants we serve!
