This Scorpio new moon is so powerful! ♏️ 🦂 🌊

Get spooky this weekend ghouls and then settle into some personal magic with my ritual next weekend ✨

🕯️ SCORPIO NEW MOON CEREMONY 🕯️
Saturday, November 7th | 7–8:30pm
At Breathing Room Yoga&Movement 🖤

I love Scorpio energy. She’s a fixed sign ruled by Mars. She is spicy and real AF. We’re taking life maybe a little too seriously, but that’s totally ok because are you really going to just forget about YOUR POWER, PURPOSE AND POTENTIAL!?!

Don’t do that. Trust your intuition and sign up!

I’m dying to witness the shifts from this practice. Might be putting a piece of me to rest for good. Please join me so you can feel them too!

Join me for a 45 min class on my YouTube channel this week!

A great mellow morning or evening hip & spine flow with a little strength & coordination sprinkled in.

This was the flow I did after I was on a plane for 8+ hours!

Your lower body is gonna love it! 😍

For the fits! Not wearing workout attire was delightful!
BCN is brilliant. 10/10 recommend.

September was wild and perfect.

The chaotic combination of closing a chapter and starting a new one. 10 of sword energy. Which I pulled in my libra new moon ceremony.

So fitting ✨ SO TANC ✨

Plenty to elaborate & share on in the next few months but here’s to that in between space —

the transition, the pause, the unknown and what it takes to be there: love, faith & courage.

Swipe for quick snippets & memories I’ll savor from this September Summer 💕

If you are able, please support my fundraiser to support Maine Needs diaper drive. They are partnering with communities around Maine. This is the most important to me. Thank you for considering and thank you if you’ve already contributed!

Welcome to spooky season.

A shift of light and a shift of perspective.

A Libra New Moon — think back to the Libra Full Moon 6 months ago — what is ready to be released?

What do you value most in your relationships?

Venus is going retrograde. We love this for us.

Ritual practices set the magic in motion.

This is also for people who want to delve deeper into their birth charts.

Community, practice, reflection, rest, movement, music, magic. It’s all here.

Remember the things.

Join the journey.

VIRGO NEW MOON RITUAL
Friday 9/11 6–8pm
Breathing Room Yoga&Movement

So excited to return to these practices with you!

I’ve been loving the much needed pause for eclipse season but I’m so ready to channel fresh energy into my dreamy goals for Fall & Winter. 🌾

✨ This is a ripe opportunity to tune into what you wish to cultivate for the approaching seasons. ✨

My approach with these rituals is curiosity & community.

To learn and share our findings together and become deep reflections for our collective souls.

We must tend to our own hearts and dreams with love and look for ourselves in others.

As we practice personal reflection and collective liberation, we tune into the fabric that threads us as awakened beings.

I offer these rituals at The Breathing Room almost every month.
(We take breaks during eclipses.)

Every month we tune into new energies & explore new ideas in our charts.

Together we tend to the garden we wish to sow.

We would love to practice with you 🫶🏼
