Founded in Cedar Rapids, IA in 1970, we have provided mental health crisis support and suicide prevention/intervention services to Iowans for more than 50 years. Services include crisis phone, text, and chat support; mobile crisis outreach; mental health law enforcement liaisons; emergency youth shelter; and supportive services for youth aging out of foster care. Looking for a flexible way to make a difference in people's lives? We are hiring part-time Mobile Crisis Outreach counselors in Dubuque. Multiple shift options are available, 20-28 hours per week.

MCO counselors respond in-person to individuals experiencing a mental health or related crises. They provide compassionate, objective and client-centered counseling, as well as connection to local resources and community providers.
