🎃 Spooky eyes? Yes. Scary eye infections? Absolutely not. 👻👁️

Halloween contact lenses can complete a costume, but they should NEVER come at the expense of your eye health!

Before putting those spooky lenses in, remember:

👁️ FDA-regulated lenses ONLY! All contact lenses, including decorative ones, are medical devices and require a valid contact lens prescription.

🛒 No prescription required? Red flag! Only purchase from reputable sellers who verify your contact lens prescription.

💧 Prep before you wear! Follow the manufacturer's instructions for preparing your lenses. If appropriate for your lens type, clean and disinfect them with fresh, compatible contact lens solution before inserting them. Never use the shipping solution as a substitute for proper lens care!

😴 Don't sleep in them! Follow the prescribed replacement schedule. Many costume lenses are intended for limited or single-use wear.

🚨 Redness, pain, light sensitivity, or blurry vision? Remove your lenses immediately and contact your eye care provider right away.

Your costume should be scary. Your eye health shouldn't be. 🧡
