Mental health care workers fight against Blue Cross policy change https://share.google/eLSxHwyi6U0rtPiQT

If BCBS gets away with this measure in Michigan, they are likely to attempt similar restrictive measures in NC.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is changing how it covers mental health services, drawing the ire of workers, who say it'll strip access to care.

If anyone in the world would write down their problems and throw them into a hat.

June is Men's Mental Health Month.
Today, we recognize the importance of men's mental health and encourage honest conversations about emotional well-being. Too often, men are taught to carry their burdens in silence, believing strength means handling everything alone. In reality, true strength is having the courage to acknowledge when you're struggling and seeking support when you need it.
Mental health challenges do not discriminate. Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and burnout affect men from all walks of life. Checking in on yourself and others is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of self-awareness and resilience.
To every man carrying a heavy load: your feelings matter, your struggles are valid, and your life has value. You do not have to face difficult seasons alone.
Let's continue breaking the stigma, supporting one another, and creating spaces where men can heal, grow, and thrive.
