Care Advantage, Inc. will be on the main stage at the AlayaCare Better Outcomes 2026 Conference in Newark, New Jersey!

Our SVP of Value Based Care, Zack Caplan, will be joining a powerhouse panel on Monday, November 2nd from 10:50 to 11:35 AM for a session titled Winning with Payers: Building Durable Payer Relationships in a World Where You Need to Do More with Less.

The conversation will explore how home care organizations can use their own data to build a more credible value story, move payer relationships beyond transactional conversations, and lay the groundwork for long-term value-based arrangements.
