Balance your immune system and enhance your natural detoxification with Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT). ALT is a relaxing experience that uses a gentle, non-invasive technique used to decongest and stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system partners with our immune system to send healthy, oxygenated, and nutrient-filled cells to fight off any viruses or inflammation found in the body. When the lymphatic system is congested and not functioning properly, it can result in a buildup of toxins, inflammation, a compromised immune system, and slower healing.

Each session with the XP2 (the machine used to perform your therapy) has the equivalent effect of eight to ten manual lymphatic massages. This course is for anyone who has been living with chronic symptoms and suspects that their nervous system — due to stress, trauma, or emotional patterns — is part of what keeps their body stuck in illness. Perhaps you’ve tried many things, and something still feels missing.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore that missing piece together — using meditation, mindfulness, and somatic practices to work directly with the nervous system.
