🌟 Employee Spotlight: Vanessa 🌟
We are proud to recognize Vanessa as our Employee Spotlight!
Vanessa has been a valued member of our team for seven months, serving as both a Housekeeper and Server. She is known for her sweet and caring nature, and residents always appreciate the kindness she brings to each day.
Vanessa's favorite part of working here is the residents. She is especially grateful for how patient and supportive they have been as she continues learning English. Building relationships with residents and serving them each day has made her experience both meaningful and rewarding.
When asked what advice she would give to someone moving into or working in the community, Vanessa shared the importance of being patient and caring toward both residents and staff.
A few fun facts about Vanessa: she loves Mexican food and strawberry pie. Before joining our team, she enjoyed running, but now she jokes that after a busy day at work, she's usually too tired to hit the track!
