Pro tip: if you have signs of a weak pelvic floor, don’t jump on the kegel train! ❌ your pelvic floor may be weak and TIGHT, so kegels could make things worse initially.

A tight pelvic floor can lead to pain or dysfunction. Here are some telltale signs that you may have a tight pelvic floor:

1. Pain of discomfort
2. Urinary symptoms
3. Bowel issues
4. Sexual dysfunction

Here’s the good news: pelvic floor tension can be treated effectively with pelvic floor therapy in many cases!

Every struggled with urinary incontinence or leaking?

Unfortunately, we as a society have normalized many of these symptoms by saying things like “you’ll p*e a little bit once you have kids” or “reach a certain age”.

You may not know what being “ready” feels like, and that’s what we’re here for.

In the presence of lingering pelvic floor dysfunction or discomfort, returning to run is still possible! Things we tackle are:
