🗣️💙 Happy Speech Therapy Month to our incredible Speech Therapist, Drew! 💙🗣️

We are celebrating someone who makes a difference in the lives of our residents every single day! 🌟 Drew’s compassion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything he does, and we are beyond grateful to have him as part of our team. 👏😊

Whether he’s helping residents regain communication skills, improve swallowing, build confidence, or simply offering encouragement with a smile, Drew always goes above and beyond for those in our care. ❤️

One of our favorite things about Drew is his genuine passion for speech therapy. Here’s what inspired him to enter the field:

✨ “I was working as a social worker in rural northern Wisconsin and I was just fascinated by what the SLP was doing, it was so interesting. And I’m still interested in all the aspects of speech therapy 30 years later.” ✨

Thirty years later and still making an impact every day — what an amazing testament to his heart and dedication! 💫
