✨ A New Chapter for Senior Living in Batavia Township

The Preserve at Olive Branch is coming to Batavia Township, bringing single-story, zero step villa homes designed specifically for adults ages 65 and older.

Residents will be part of a community centered around connection and ease of living, with community gathering spaces in the centrally located clubhouse, outdoor pool, fitness center, and walking paths, along with support in coordinating in-home services when needed.

It’s all part of ERS’ broader mission to expand intentional housing options for older adults across the full economic continuum and support aging well in the places they call home.
