Birth is hard work! That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

There may be times where you feel powerful and moments you don’t feel like you can keep going. Two things can be true!

You don’t need to make birth look effortless or peaceful to be beautiful.

That sweet baby is a literal masterpiece being grown inside your body!! Don’t forget how incredible you are!
