Ebb & Flow Counseling provides mental wellness and counseling services to all of Ohio virtually. We have in-person offices in Lakewood, Westlake, and Columbus!

Ebb & Flow Counseling and Wellness Studio provides counseling service virtually to all of Ohio. We have in-person offices in Lakewood, Westlake, and Columbus. This space was created as a home base to help on a holistic level. The goal of the services provided is to progress with therapy by using new and relevant interventions/techniques to help you progress in your life. Ebb & Flow is a studio meant to open up space and to promote exploration while helping to navigate the ebbs and flows of life. We offer Individual, Teen, and Couples counseling.

“I don’t want to be here anymore” “I can’t keep doing this” these thoughts are important to talk about in sessions with your mental health providers. When suicidal ideation comes up, talk to your therapist about it. We want to support you in those moments and help come up with tools, resources, and support to manage these symptoms. 988 is available for those times when your therapist is not. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be transforming this space into a warm, welcoming place for our clients and clinicians — and bringing a little Ebb & Flow feel to Cleveland’s east side. 🤍

We’re so excited to announce that our newest office will officially open its doors on October 1st! 🎉

Our new Beachwood location will allow us to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care on Cleveland’s east side. The space features three spacious therapy offices with windows and a large group room, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and clinicians.

With locations in Lakewood, Westlake, Columbus, and now Beachwood, plus virtual services throughout Ohio, we’re grateful to continue growing alongside the communities we serve. 💙

A big thank you to the Great Lakes Science Center for having Ebb & Flow Counseling at their Wellness Fair on Tuesday! 💙🌊

We loved spending the day connecting with the community, sharing mental health resources, and meeting so many wonderful organizations committed to supporting health and wellness throughout Northeast Ohio.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a fun and meaningful event—and, of course, our team had to bring a little creativity along with us! 🎨🧠✨
