Private practice doesn’t have to mean practicing alone. 🍦💙

One of the things we’re most proud of at Ebb & Flow Counseling is the community we’ve built. Today, our team stepped away from their schedules for an ice cream social—a chance to laugh, connect, and simply enjoy being together.

Many therapists in private practice work independently, and while there’s freedom in that, it can also feel isolating. We intentionally do things differently. We believe clinicians thrive when they’re surrounded by colleagues who celebrate their wins, support them through challenges, and create space for authentic connection.
