She grew up in Southeast Idaho near the Tetons playing volleyball and skiing in her free time. At a young age, Sydney found a love for nature when hiking and backpacking in the Sawtooths with her family and friends. Sydney went to undergraduate school at the College of Idaho and has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies but also found a love for psychology. She then went on to get her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. Her studies at Naropa were focused specifically on Wilderness Therapy. In her Clinical Practicum, she developed a therapeutic nature/play program for elementary school aged students. In her Clinical Internship in Bend, Oregon, she worked with children and young adults utilizing play therapy. While there, she also received training in Trauma Informed Care and Expressive Therapy. While in Thailand, Sydney also took a course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and has a background in teaching meditation.

Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College and graduated from Idaho State University with a Master of Social Work. He has experience working with adolescents and adults in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress reduction and persistent mental health issues.

Brian’s approach centers around Internal Family Systems therapy and he believes that sessions should be as much of an experience as they are a conversation. Brian is committed to helping people break free from unhelpful patterns, fears, and worries by building confidence and releasing past burdens.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Brian paddleboarding, playing disc golf, and enjoying game nights with his family.

Tay holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama and integrates CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care into her work with individuals ages 6 and up.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, women's issues, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and life transitions. Using a strengths-based approach, Tay helps clients build self-awareness, develop practical skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned with who they are.

We are so glad to have her on the team. 💙
