Game, set, match...as our participants in Gurwin’s Adult Day Care Social Program at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center had a ball playing some tennis on the patio. They were serving up plenty of fun as they celebrated the excitement of the U.S. Open! From friendly rallies to lots of laughter, everyone was a winner on the court!

Summer vibes were in full swing at the Adult Day Care Health Program at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center! Our partcipants enjoyed an afternoon filled with music, tasty snacks, fun temporary tattoos and plenty of smiles. A perfect way to soak up the season together!

Summer Splash! Our Adult Day Care Health Program participants at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center had a good time at our summertime wheelchair car wash! After getting soaped up and sparkling clean, the wheelchairs rolled through a colorful spray rainbow for a refreshing dose of clean, cool fun.

With bubbles, sprayers and plenty of smiles, it was a fun way to make a splash and enjoy the summer together!

Our residents at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center enjoyed a wonderful experience in the Sensory Zone, exploring sights, sounds, textures and more in a calming, engaging environment. It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, explore and simply enjoy the moment.

Our annual Dog Days of Summer brought plenty of wagging tails, happy smiles and four-legged fun to Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!

Residents enjoyed our doggy fashion show, visits with adorable therapy dogs, and a special appearance by puppies-in-training from the Guide Dog Foundation.

Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind

The annual event featured a canine fashion show, pet therapy and a visit from Guide Dog Foundation puppies-in-training.

It was a great day in our Adult Day Care Health Program at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as some participants embarked on a new creative project, painting birdhouses! The creative juices were flowing, resulting in one-of-a-kind pieces that brought plenty of fun and smiles.
