I am currently accepting new patients for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and primary care services.

I provide MAT and primary care through a combination of telehealth and in-person visits. Most appointments can be completed conveniently via telehealth, while in-office visits are available when a physical examination is needed.

For patients interested in obtaining a therapeutic cannabis certification, these evaluations will be conducted in the office with approved diagnosis.

If you are considering a change in providers and are looking for a supportive, patient-centered environment, I would be happy to speak with you. Telehealth appointments offer the flexibility to connect from your home, workplace, vehicle, or wherever is most convenient for you.

While I strictly follow all applicable laws and regulations, I also believe in providing individualized care and flexibility for patients who have maintained sobriety and are ready to take an active role in guiding their recovery journey.

As a nurse practitioner and primary care provider I am offering consultations for patients seeking certification for therapeutic cannabis. Please contact my office for additional information or to schedule an appointment. To determine eligibility, we will need access to your previous medical records documenting a qualifying diagnosis. If no qualifying condition is currently established, ongoing clinical evaluation may be required to determine whether an appropriate diagnosis can be made.

The list of qualifying medical conditions for the therapeutic use of cannabis is established in NH law at RSA 126-X:1, IX. A patient must be diagnosed with a stand-alone medical condition OR a combination of a qualifying diagnosis and a qualifying symptom.
