One of the things we hear most often from our graduates is how refreshing it was to finally learn to focus on what to ADD inโ€ฆ instead of what to take away.

So many of us grew up believing that feeling good meant eating less, restricting more, and constantly trying to โ€œbe healthierโ€ by cutting foods out. But inside the NTP program, the focus shifts toward nourishing the body with nutrient-dense foods that support energy, vitality, and overall wellness.

Because true healing isnโ€™t built on restriction.

Itโ€™s built on giving your body what itโ€™s been needing all along.

Mid morning snack. Women need more calories in our luteal phase, more nourishment. Our blood sugar can also be a bit of a roller coaster. Eating enough balanced meals and snacks regularly helps! Fresh basil from our garden, homemade, cheese, an organic peach, drizzled with sea salt and .dorado high quality olive oil. ๐ŸคŒ Amazing!

Affogato!  I made it extra nutrient dense by adding egg yolk, milk, and collagen powder.  Cheers!

Wonderful insight into supplements. As a practitioner this is how I feel about them after learning about the industry and about the body! Also, practitioners and influencers alike more than likely get commission for promoting supplements which is no different than doctors promoting pharmaceuticals. Interesting enough ethics was my favorite class in undergrad and graduate school and ever since I graduated I have only noticed significant ethics conflicts in every industry but I digress, that's for another day.
