I really liked this video and wanted to share it.

We hear terms like “gaslighting” and “narcissist” used all the time on social media, but they’re often used incorrectly. Drs. John and Julie Gottman have spent more than 40 years researching relationships and are considered two of the leading experts in couples therapy.

This short video does a great job explaining the difference between unhealthy relationship behaviors and clinical terms that are often misunderstood.

Take a few minutes to watch it—I think it’s worth it! I’d love to hear what you think.
