Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple
2 cups strawberries
1 lime
¼ cup fresh mint or basil leaves
Sparkling water for serving

Directions:
1. Wash all produce well.
2. Peel the lime.
3. Cut produce into pieces that fit easily into your juicer.
4. Juice the pineapple, strawberries, lime, and mint.
5. Fill two glasses with ice and divide the juice between them.
6. Top with sparkling water and serve immediately.

Directions:
1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
2. Peel the oranges and lemon.
3. Cut produce into pieces that fit easily into your juicer.
4. Juice all ingredients, starting with the turmeric.
5. Stir in the coconut water and sea salt before serving.

These Coconut Coffee Pops combine espresso, coconut milk, coconut water, and cashews into a refreshing frozen snack with a subtle caffeine boost. Cashews add richness and healthy fats, while coconut water contributes natural electrolytes. The result is a smooth, creamy popsicle that’s perfect for warm afternoons, post-lunch pick-me-ups, or sharing with friends and family.

Coconut Coffee Pops
Makes: 8-10

Ingredients:
¾ cup cashews
¼ cup shredded dried coconut
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch salt
1½ cups coconut water
1 cup canned coconut milk
⅓ cup strong espresso coffee, cooled

Directions:
1. Using the Nama M1, check that the spout cap is closed, then place all ingredients into the filter basket
2. Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.
3. Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, pour evenly into popsicle molds. Secure lid and insert sticks. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight until fully frozen
4. To enjoy, run molds briefly under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull-out popsicles frozen.
