If your loved one has an appointment coming up, a little preparation can make a big difference:

Spring is here, and it's the perfect time to refresh your wellness routine! 🌿 Here are 5 tips for seniors to stay well and enjoy the season:

🚶 1. Get moving! Spring is a great time to enjoy outdoor activities like walking or gardening. Fresh air and sunshine can boost your mood and energy!

💧2. Make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, especially if you’re out in the sun.

🧠 3. Spring clean your mind! Mental health is just as important as physical health. Take time for activities like meditation, reading and hobbies.

🌸 4. Watch for pollen and other allergens! Keep an eye on allergy symptoms and talk to your doctor about any concerns.

👟 5. As you venture outside, ensure your shoes are comfortable and supportive for springtime strolls.
