Male factor infertility is involved in roughly 50% of all infertility cases, but the good news is that many factors that affect s***m health are within your control.

This Men's Health Week, here are some practical ways to optimize male fertility:
- Maintain a healthy weight and eat a balanced diet
- Limit alcohol and avoid to***co and recreational drugs
- Know how your medications and supplements affect your reproductive health
- Avoid prolonged heat exposure including hot tubs and saunas
- Perform regular self exams and contact your doctor if you notice anything unusual
- Get evaluated sooner rather than later

A CSA (complete semen analysis) is non-invasive and gives your care team the information they need to help you move forward with clarity. Some diagnoses are more complex and may require advanced medical treatment.

Come see us at Dayton Pride next Saturday! 🏳️‍🌈

Dayton Pride is celebrating 50 years of advocacy and support for the LGBTQIA+ community this year, and we are honored to be part of the celebration. The event is hosted by the Greater Dayton LGBT Center and draws thousands of people from across the Miami Valley.

The SpringCreek Fertility team will be at booth 360 on the north side of Cooper Park facing Second Street on Saturday, June 6th.

Stop by to say hi to our team, learn about third party family building, ask some questions, and take some goodies! We are excited to see you and celebrate this incredible community.
