Val Verde Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, part of the Wellsential Health network, is proud to serve the Del Rio, Texas community. As a non-profit organization, Wellsential Health is focused on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Services such as post-operative care, wound care, IV therapy, and our in-house rehabilitation team set us apart. Unlike facilities that contract the

rapy services, our in-house team provides continuity of care by allowing patients and residents to work with the same occupational, speech, and physical therapists throughout their stay, building trust and strong relationships along the way.

🚒 Today, we had the honor of hosting our First Responders Appreciation Breakfast in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the attacks on our nation on September 11th.

We are incredibly grateful to all of the local first responders who joined us and allowed us the opportunity to show our appreciation for the dedication, courage, and service they provide to our Del Rio community each day. Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a meal with us, and helped make this morning so meaningful. 🇺🇸💙
