We’re thrilled to welcome Jen Bosl to Solera Senior Living as our new Chief People Officer!
Jen brings a unique blend of operational leadership, talent strategy expertise, and people-first innovation. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations build strong cultures, develop leaders, and create environments where team members can thrive.
Most recently, Jen served as Vice President of People Services Operations and Talent Strategy at DaVita, where she led transformative work across talent development, employee experience, diversity and belonging, and workforce strategy. Prior to DaVita, she held leadership roles at Bain & Company and Seamless, bringing a perspective that combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.
As we continue to grow and redefine the senior living experience, Jen’s leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our culture, developing our teams, and ensuring we remain a destination employer for exceptional talent.
