This spring, we are offering a weekly therapy group for women of all ages who want to gain practical life tools, build confidence, and grow alongside others in a supportive space. The group meets on Thursdays and will meet for 8 weeks, each week focusing on a different topic. If you're looking for somewhere encouraging to process and grow in this season, this group is for you!
