Similar to the notion of "If you see something, say something", "If you permit it, you promote it" is a mindset we teach in our R-Factor training to highlight the importance of owning your actions and challenging those around you.

It reflects the culture you build and uphold. Culture is shaped by what people believe, how they behave, and the outcomes they produce. We must take ownership of our 20 square feet and speak up.
