And trust us… we've been BURSTING to share this news!!

✨ COMING NOVEMBER 2026! ✨

Breanna is currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University and is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through life's ups, downs, twists, turns, and everything in between!

Her clinical interests include:

🌿 Trauma and healing

💚 Anxiety, depression, and stress management

🌿 Life transitions and personal growth

💚 Relationships and behavioral concerns

🌿 Helping individuals feel heard, supported, and comfortable being themselves!

But WAIT… THERE'S MORE! 👀🎉

❤️ INSIGHT IS EXPANDING OUR PRO BONO COUNSELING SERVICES! ❤️

That's right! Breanna will be helping us extend our community outreach by offering NO-COST COUNSELING SERVICES for adolescents ages 14+ through adults age 30!

Because at Insight, we believe finances shouldn't be the barrier that keeps someone from seeking support. 💚

🎄 AND DID SOMEONE SAY GROUP THERAPY?! 🎄

YES, WE DID! 🙌

Breanna will also be bringing TEEN GROUP THERAPY opportunities to Insight, including groups focused on navigating holiday stress, managing emotions, and the challenges that come with being a teenager!

Today, the Insight Counseling Collective 🌱 family was proud to walk alongside our community at the Out of the Darkness Walk at Kirby Park!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, donated, supported the cause, and, most importantly, braved the weather to walk for something bigger than ourselves.

Today was more than just a walk. It was a reminder that every step matters, every voice counts, and no one should have to walk through darkness alone. 💜

Not alone. Not today. Not ever. Let's walk TOGETHER! 👟💜

👀 CLUE #2 just dropped… and this one is BIG. 🌿

Our mystery human isn’t just bringing something new to the Insight family—she’s helping us extend our reach into the community. 🤍

✨ Pro bono counseling services are expanding! ✨

This new addition will be offering pro bono services for adolescents ages 14+ and young adults through age 30, creating another opportunity for individuals in our community to access support when cost may otherwise stand in the way.

Because sometimes, asking for help is hard enough.

Paying for it shouldn’t be the reason someone goes without it. 🌿

Same Insight mission.
More community outreach.
More access.
More possibilities.

And as for WHO is behind all of this? 👀

🚨 INSIGHT HAS A SECRET: CLUE #1 🚨

Okay, okay… we’ve kept you waiting long enough. 👀

It’s time to reveal a tiny bit more about the mystery human getting ready to join the Insight family.

And by tiny, we mean we’re still not telling you who she is. 😏

But we WILL tell you this…

🐾 She’s a dog mom to Ryat, who apparently takes his responsibility as household chaos coordinator very seriously.

📚 Bookstores are dangerous territory.
You go in “just to look”…
You leave with three books.

She gets it.

🎶 And if you hit shuffle on her playlist, you could get indie, folk, classic rock, alternative metal, or metalcore.

There is no theme. There are no rules. We support this. 😂

But here’s the clue we think some of you have been waiting for…

🔎 Our mystery human has a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults.

The years when you’re figuring out relationships, navigating change, managing stress, discovering who you are, and occasionally wondering…

“Am I supposed to know what I’m doing yet?”

Spoiler: probably not. 😉

She’s passionate about creating a space where clients can show up as themselves—without judgment, without having to have all the right words, and without needing to have everything figured out first. 🌿

And THAT is one of the reasons we’re so excited for you to eventually meet her.

Eventually. 😏

For now, that’s all you get.

But here’s a hint about Clue #2…

Insight Counseling Collective is proud to be joining the Out of the Darkness Walk on Sunday, September 27th at Kirby Park!

We’ll be walking together to raise awareness for depression and su***de prevention, break the stigma surrounding mental health, honor those we’ve lost, and remind our community of something incredibly important:
