My dream has always been to spend time in Greece. I am so excited to be heading there in six weeks with 13 other women. The home we will be staying in is 25 minutes outside of Athens in a beautiful village. With beautiful views of Lake Marathon, sea views & mountains beyond, the property is something I have dreamed about. We will hike, meditate, practice yoga, go on excursions & eat yummy authentic Greek meals. Can’t wait 🙏

Shift your mind by moving your body.It is so easy to fall into the trap of thinking exercise is only about physical goals. The real magic happens in how we feel on the inside. Whenever in doubt or you’re not feeling great mentally do all the things that make you feel good. For me that means moving my body, surrounding myself with supportive people, fueling my body properly & getting enough rest. This morning I took it outside & for me combining nature, exercise, alone time & meditation is the best way to start my day on the right foot. 🙏🩷🌸
