Day 1 complete and my heart is already so full 🤍🇬🇷

After arriving at the Athens airport, we made our way to the villa, got settled in, and spent the day relaxing by the pool & getting to know each other.

We gathered together to eat dinner outside and our first circle together. Mandy led us through a beautiful sound bath & we all went to bed early.

It’s always amazing to watch a group of strangers begin to feel like friends in just a few hours. Today Day 2 begins now 💙

Today’s morning walk views & my night walk view. So grateful to live in such a beautiful place. The ocean brings me so much peace & my morning walks & runs allow me to plan & create. 🩷

This Saturday we are leaving for Greece. I am excited to explore another new country with some amazing women. Grateful to be able to have these amazing experiences.

The past month has truly been a whirlwind! Although a lot of rushing around, I’ve found so much joy. It’s crucial for me to pay attention to the wonderful moments in my life, especially when some days the world can feel dark and stressful.

Watching my children thrive and find happiness in what they love fills my heart with so much gratitude. I am really feeling that today. I’m incredibly thankful for my supportive parents, who are always there for me and their grandchildren.

A special shoutout to my amazing friends who have stood by me through every phase of life. I cherish the connections I’ve made through my businesses, though business can be challenging, the people and my gym brings me so much happiness.

I love my walks with friends, the sunrises and sunsets, and my dog Mazie that I love so much. Gratitude keeps me grounded, reminding me of all the good in life because somedays can be hard. I am excited to be creating another business & continuing to grow my other businesses! It is hard but rewarding. I know the world is my oyster! 🩷

Summer is finally here!! I look back at the memories from the past month and feel so happy even though at times it was overwhelming. I always trust things will work out. Heres to a great Summer after a long, dark Winter 🩷🙏

The beach is my sanctuary, where I can truly be present and find peace. Tonight’s sound healing session with Mandy Goldman was exactly what I needed after a busy week. 🌙💖
