Every massage at Melt is a little different — because you are too.

We get this question a lot: "Do you just do the same massage for everyone?" Honestly, no. Candace spends the first few minutes of every session checking in — asking how your week's been, where you're holding tension, what pressure actually feels good in your body today (not last week, not what worked for someone else).

Some days you need deep, get-into-it pressure. Other days your body just wants steady, grounding touch. Both are valid. Both are welcome here.

If you've ever left a massage thinking "that was too much" or "I wish they'd gone deeper," that's exactly the gap we're trying to close — one adjusted, listened-to session at a time.
