Meet Sarah 🔥 Pilates Instructor
Precision, calm confidence, and the one who makes Pilates feel like an art.
Her classes are intentional from start to finish, every movement controlled, every cue purposeful, every muscle doing exactly what it’s supposed to.
Sarah has a way of challenging you without rushing you, pushing you deeper while keeping everything grounded and focused.
You feel it in the control, the burn, and the moments your body starts shaking.

⚫ Q: What is your theme song right now?
⚪ A: “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” by Creedence Clearwater Revival
⚫ Q: What is one movement you love teaching?
⚪ A: Teasers - control, breath, and core strength working together. Always a challenge!
⚫ Q: What does movement mean to you personally?
⚪ A: Movement has always been a way for me to escape and explore. I discovered my passion for fitness and teaching through dance. I learned about the benefits of cross-training and never looked back. I love to find ease, flow, and control when I’m in class, and later lift heavy in the gym. Fitness has taught me that I’m more capable than I think and that there’s always a perk to exploring something new. Movement has always been a constant in my life, it will keep me going no matter what stage I’m in.

⚪ A: People come into the space wanting to learn and better themselves. They leave feeling connected, grounded, and mentally and physically stronger.
⚫ Q: What’s something clients would be surprised to learn about you?
⚪ A: I studied dance in college
⚫ Q: What is your favorite recovery ritual?
⚪ A: Foam rolling, epsom salt baths, massage therapy with cupping
