On July 1, 2026, we close our Community Supported Living (CSL) program to focus our efforts on growing our Adult Family Homes (AFHs). We know this change means saying goodbye to some valued staff and members we’ve been honored to serve. We feel this deeply and are grateful for every relationship, story, and milestone we’ve shared.

Our intention is to expand our AFH operations so we can offer more person-centered, home-like care with the stability and support our community deserves. While endings are never easy, this transition is guided by hope: hope for stronger homes, more individualized support, and renewed opportunities for people to thrive.

To our members, families, and team—thank you for your trust, dedication, and heart. We carry your impact forward as we build something even more supportive and sustainable. We remain committed to continuity, compassion, and quality, and we look ahead with optimism and gratitude.
