I am a physical therapist (PT) and a certified canine rehabilitation therapist (CCRT). I have a mobile practice as well as a clinic at Waterloo Animal Hospital.

My goal is to help animals age better and recover from injury and surgery.

We saw this cute girl today! Go Pixie! Such a sweetie!

She will soon be available for adoption.
This sweet pup, at only 7 months old survived a dog attacked which resulted in one hind limb amputated and hip surgery on the other.

But this sweet and happy girl is doing fantastic!
We will provide a free therapy to her lucky forever family so they can help her continue to live her best life! Follow The Fuzzy Friends Fund to keep up on her journey and adopt this sweet lovely lady!

Meet Bear. 🐻🩵

Bear is a 150-lb lovable giant who underwent TPLO (ACL) surgery 9 weeks ago. Almost two weeks ago, he suddenly stopped putting any weight on his surgical leg. After being evaluated by his surgeon to make sure there wasn’t a new surgical issue, his family reached out to us for rehabilitation.

And LOOK AT HIM NOW. 🥹

After just a week and a half of therapy, Bear is doing GREAT! He can get up on his own (when he wants to…because apparently that part is optional when you’re 150 lbs 😂) and is putting more and more weight through his leg.

He has made tremendous progress in such a short amount of time, and we are so proud of this sweet giant! 💙

We can’t wait to see how much stronger he gets from here. Keep going, Bear! 🐾💪
